14/06/2012 - Kazakhstan to write off planes not meeting ICAO standards

ASTANA, June 14 (TCA) -Kazakh Transport and Communication Ministry will take out of service all planes that do not meet International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) standards, constructed during the Soviet period, will be taken out of service since November 1, according to its Minister Askar Zhumagaliyev.
