BISHKEK, July 3, (Kabar) - Prime Minister Omurbek Babanov told reporters on Monday, July 2 that Kyrgyzstan is wanting to open a rail run Astana-Karaganda-Issyk-Kul on the results of the 3rd session of the Kyrgyz-Kazakh Intergovernmental Council, held in Astana.
